These terms apply when you use the WebGear Solutions website or engage us for work. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to them.
WebGear Solutions ("we", "us") is a Malaysian business registered as WebGear Solutions (001897632-x), based at 161, Jalan BS 6/7, Taman Bukit Serdang, 43300 Sri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.
The specific work we do for you — scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing — will be agreed separately in a quote or written agreement. These terms cover general use of the site and the principles that apply to all our engagements.
Payment terms are set out in your individual quote. Recurring services (hosting, domains, ad management, M365/Workspace licences) are typically billed monthly or yearly in advance. We'll always send you a reminder before renewal.
To deliver our work, we'll need timely access to information from you — content, brand assets, account credentials, decisions on choices presented. Delays in providing these may extend your project timeline.
Once you've paid for the work in full, you own the final deliverables (your website, design, campaigns). We retain ownership of any reusable components or internal tools we use to deliver the work. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We do our best to deliver reliable work, but no one can guarantee a service is 100% uninterrupted forever. Our liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
Either party can end an ongoing service (like hosting or ad management) with reasonable notice. Pre-paid fees aren't refundable, but unused portions of yearly fees may be pro-rated at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
